Our engineers’ technical support starts at the stage of planning and help with dimensioning, choice of material, technical calculation, analysis of function and construction support.

All of this in combination with the realisation in production leads to a customised product.

Relevant characteristics like statics, dynamics, small relaxation, rigidity, heat resistance, special (e.g. UV-resistant) corrosion protection etc. are fulfilled following all requirements and quality specifications requested.

Our production line for compression springs works with wire diameters from 0,3mm up to 50mm and for tension springs with wire diameters from 03,3mm up to 40mm.

Additionally H&R also counts leg springs, flat wire springs, wire bent components, snap rings, spring rings and insert rings among their applications.

A special service of H&R is the production of small quantities as well as individual production.
