The spring and suspension specialist H&R Spezialfedern celebrates one by one awards in 2009. The company based in Lennestadt not only won the readers vote of Auto.de and sport auto but also a suspension test organised by AutoBild sportscars and for the fourth time in a row the Premio Tuning Suppliers Awards. H&R scored internationally as well; the H&R 2010 Ford Mustang was distinguished with the Ford Product Excellence Award.
More than 18,000 participants in the Auto.de readers poll were asked to name the brands with the most convincing products. H&R Spezialfedern was able to successfully assert themselves against their competitors in the field of Suspension and achieved an overall win in this category. The readers of sport auto magazine judged similar: in the cumulative area of sports suspension solutions H&R was named the winner and so was simultaneously able to secure a victory as the most named brand in the entire survey.
Additionally H&R was able not only to score with readers but also with experts in trade and technology in 2009: after AutoBild sportscars awarded the H&R Cup-Kit with the title exemplary last year already, this year H&R were confidently awarded the overall victory in the comparison tests run by the magazine. Along with the H&R suspension the specialised journalists and the TÜV Rheinland tested the products of three other well-known competing companies on the Conti Drom near Hannover. There H&R won with an overall grade of 1+ for their Cup-Kit. Along with this dream grade the H&R suspension once again was awarded the commendation exemplary.
For the fourth time in a row H&R won the suppliers award from Premio Tuning, the tuning departments of Goodyear Dunlop Handelssysteme. More than 800 GDHS partner graded criteria such as reliability, delivery service, complaints processing and product range. As in previous years H&R was the clear winner in the category Suspension.
In the area of the largest and most important American trade exhibition for vehicle accessories and tuning market, the SEMA 2009, the H&R 2010 Ford Mustang won the Ford Product Excellence Award. The critical examiners from Fords product development certified the H&R Mustang with an excellent appearance and a real contribution to product development.
"We are thrilled at the recognition of our work by the end-consumer and experts", remarked H&R Marketing Manager Hartwig von der Brake. "However, we will not rest on our laurels but will continue to let ourselves be judged on our quality, dynamism and every day suitability in the future . In coming years we will still be accountable to the demands and wishes of our customers and the trade press."
