It’s electric: Skoda Elroq with H&R lowering springs
The most powerful Skoda in the still young Elroq series is the RS, which delivers a whopping 340 hp. The fact that the power is electric and impressively distributed across all four wheels makes it even more exciting. The 0-100 sprint is completed in around 5.4 seconds. But even the more sedate models don’t lack any real propulsion. Only the inertia of the high weight typical of electric cars detracts somewhat from the fun of cornering.
A set of H&R lowering springs would remedy this. They kick in where the standard suspension reaches its limits and eliminate the typical body roll in fast corners.
Not only does this make the electric Skoda drive better and more safely, but the reduced ground clearance also gives it a more solid appearance. Thanks to the precise fine-tuning of the spring elements to the standard shock absorbers, driving comfort remains unrestricted for long distances and the payload remains at standard level.
Optional H&R Trak+ wheel spacers made of high-tensile aluminium promise the perfect wheelbase. Available in either silver or black anodised, they allow standard and aftermarket wheels to be aligned with millimetre precision to the fender edges.
In the case of leased vehicles, all H&R suspension upgrades can of course be removed without leaving any traces if the lessor requires the vehicle to be returned to its original condition.
As is customary with H&R, all products are supplied with the necessary part approvals/TTG and are made in Germany!
