130 years of ABT: Two Lamborghini, one goal on the Nordschleife – H&R congratulates
130 years of company history – we would like to congratulate our long-standing partner ABT on this impressive anniversary. For decades, H&R and ABT have enjoyed a close working relationship characterised by trust, technical passion and a shared commitment to maximum performance – both on the road and on the racetrack.

A special event for this anniversary year is the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring (16–17th of May, 2026). ABT will once again be competing in this endurance classic on the legendary Nordschleife with two Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO2 cars, pursuing a clear goal: the fight for overall victory.
To mark the anniversary, one vehicle will start
in Schaeffler Group livery with the starting number 130. Schaeffler has been a close partner of ABT for many years. Marco Mapelli, Nicky Catsburg and Nick Yelloly will be behind the wheel of the vehicle.

The second Huracán, with start number 84,
will compete in the striking Red Bull design – a hint to the brand’s founding year in 1984. This car will be driven by Mirko Bortolotti, Luca Engstler and Patric Niederhauser.

This project is also something special for H&R: both Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO2s are equipped with H&R race springs. Especially on the Nordschleife – one of the most demanding race tracks in the world – a precisely tuned suspension is crucial for stability, traction and controllable handling over the entire distance.

As an official partner of the Nürburgring 24-hour race, this event has been an integral part of H&R’s motorsport calendar for many years. We are therefore all the more delighted to be part of this special chapter this year together with our long-standing partner ABT.
We wish the entire team a strong race on the Nordschleife and say: Congratulations on 130 years of ABT!
