A multi-talented vehicle given a makeover: The Ford Tourneo Courier Active with H&R lowering springs
A stylish family car, an occasional people-carrier or a workhorse: Ford is finally taking a chance again and launching a crossover that makes a bold statement, from the contrasting roof colour right down to the black plastic trim: The ‘Active’ version of the Tourneo Courier offers not only all the practical benefits but also a design that stands out from the crowd.
This is all even more true when equipped with H&R lowering springs, which achieve a subtle reduction in vehicle height of around 30 millimetres whilst retaining the standard shock absorbers. As a result of the lower centre of gravity, reduced body roll and more dynamic steering response ensure noticeably better road holding. Nevertheless, ride comfort and payload capacity remain unchanged.
In the case of leased vehicles, all H&R suspension upgrades can, of course, be removed without leaving a trace should the lessor require the vehicle to be returned to its original condition.
As is standard with H&R, all products are supplied with the necessary certificates (TTG) and are Made in Germany!
