DTM CHAMPIONS 2026 – Manthey takes the double

DTM finale at Hockenheim: Two titles for Manthey

Two Porsches on the podium and two championship titles to round off the season: our partner Manthey has won the 2026 Drivers’ and Teams’ Championships at the DTM finale in Hockenheim. The two Porsche 911 GT3 R cars driven by Thomas Preining and Ricardo Feller are fitted with H&R racing springs.

However, the team still had to fight hard once more before the big celebration. On Saturday, a turbulent start saw both drivers drop back. Thomas Preining then fought his way back up to fifth place with a strong recovery. Ricardo Feller brought his damaged Porsche 911 GT3 R home in 15th place, thereby also securing important championship points.

In Sunday’s decisive race, Manthey kept his nerve. Strong performances in the cockpit and flawless pit stops kept both Porsches among the leading cars. Feller secured his third podium of the season with second place. Preining finished third, thereby clinching his second DTM drivers’ title following his victory in 2023.

Manthey also achieved the team title. This marks the third time in four years that the team has topped the DTM team championship. Feller played a key part in this with a remarkable season: in his first year with Manthey, he scored points in every race.

For Manthey, this 30th anniversary is therefore set to be a special year on the track as well. We at H&R are delighted for our partner at the end of this season and would like to congratulate Thomas Preining, Ricardo Feller and the whole team. Behind these two titles lies the dedication of a team that stuck together and delivered, even under the pressure of the final race.
