Current security notice: Fake emails claiming to contain updated bank details

Currently, emails are in circulation that appear to come from our company. Among other things, these messages refer to what are claimed to be new bank details.

Please note:

• Always scrutinise any changes to bank details.
• Never accept payment details based solely on an email.
• Verify changes to bank details via a communication channel you are already familiar with, for example by telephone using a known number.
• Do not use any contact details from the suspicious message for verification purposes.
• If in doubt, contact us directly via your usual points of contact.

 Cybercriminals are increasingly attempting to exploit existing business relationships and communication patterns. A healthy dose of scepticism regarding changes to payment details helps to prevent damage.
