Speedy around the bends: The Renault Clio VI Full Hybrid E-Tech 160 with H&R lowering springs

Whilst German manufacturers are gradually scaling back their range of small cars, their competitors in France clearly have a very different view on the market. The latest example of this: with the Clio VI Full Hybrid E-Tech 160, Renault is showcasing a newly designed compact car which, alongside its sporty exterior, also impresses with an affordable entry-level price and very respectable performance figures.

This might even leave a bit of scope for some personal customisation in the form of the coveted H&R lowering springs, which transform the lively hybrid into an incredibly agile cornering machine.

Optionally, H&R Trak+ wheel spacers made from high-tensile aluminium ensure a taut wheelbase. Available in either silver or black anodised finishes, they allow both standard and aftermarket wheels to be aligned with millimetre precision against the fender edges.

In the case of leased vehicles, all H&R suspension upgrades can, of course, be removed without leaving a trace should the lessor require the vehicle to be returned to its original condition.

As is standard with H&R, all products are supplied with the necessary certificates (TTG) and are Made in Germany!
