H&R Spezialfedern fills new management positions
Suspension specialist H&R has announced some prominent new additions to its team: Andreas Ehbauer and Sven Gramm are the new management duo for sales and marketing/PR at Lennestadt-based suspension manufacturer H&R Spezialfedern GmbH & Co.KG.
Andreas Ehbauer, who headed up European business at a renowned shock absorber manufacturer for over a decade and is considered a proven sales specialist, has been responsible for global sales activities at H&R as Head of Sales since January. The trilingual business economist maintains excellent relationships in national and international trade, which always appreciates his meticulous market analyses.
With Sven Gramm, H&R has now gained a similar heavyweight as Director of Marketing & Communication. Gramm, who spent many years in the same position at Mercedes tuner BRABUS, where he had a lasting impact on the company’s international brand image, also has excellent contacts with media and publishers in Germany, Europe and overseas thanks to his network.
Hardy von der Brake, who joined H&R in 1991 and was responsible for both areas as Head of Sales & Marketing, retired from active business at the beginning of 2025 and is now enjoying his well-deserved retirement. At his farewell party, he was able to look back on many moments of his career together with the H&R owner families Heine and Remmen, a long journey together in a company whose success story Hardy von der Brake played a key role in shaping.
