Visibly more stylish: The Cupra Terramar with H&R lowering springs
The success of the Cupra brand continues unabated. Stylish, sporty and with an excellent brand image, the popular Seat subsidiary is attracting more and more buyers. So it’s no surprise that a second SUV model, the Terramar, is now entering the stage. Technically based on the VW Tiguan, but with significantly more storage space and priced similarly to its Volkswagen counterpart, there is plenty of room for a recommended suspension upgrade.
With H&R lowering springs precisely matched to the original shocks, the vehicle’s centre of gravity is lowered by approximately 30 to 40 millimetres closer to the asphalt, ensuring dynamic handling and reduced body movement. Nevertheless, driving comfort remains unrestricted for long distances and the payload remains at standard level. Visually, the new look is immediately impressive.
Optional H&R Trak+ wheel spacers made of high-tensile aluminium promise the perfect wheelbase. Available in either silver or black anodised, they allow standard and aftermarket wheels to be aligned with millimetre precision to the fender edges.
In the case of leased vehicles, all H&R suspension upgrades can of course be removed without leaving any traces if the lessor requires the vehicle to be returned in its original condition.
As is customary with H&R, all products are supplied with the necessary part approvals and are made in Germany!
