Vocational school class visits H&R: Hands-on experience of practical expertise

Today, we welcomed a vocational school class of mechatronics engineers from Lennestadt to H&R in Lennestadt – a visit that was a real highlight for both the students and our team.

The day began with a detailed theoretical section, in which our experts imparted basic and advanced knowledge about springs, shock absorbers, suspension, and stabilizers. The students gained exciting insights into how these components work, their importance for driving dynamics, and the technical background that plays an important role in the everyday work of mechatronics engineers.

This was followed by the practical part: a comprehensive tour of our production facilities. Divided into two groups, the visitors gained a detailed insight into our production processes – from the production of springs to the machining steps and quality control. Our employees took plenty of time to answer questions and explain the individual work steps in an understandable way.

The students’ enthusiasm was clearly evident—especially when they were able to experience first-hand how much precision, expertise, and passion goes into each of our products.

We would like to thank the vocational school class for their visit and their great interest. Encounters like this are always a valuable opportunity for us to give young people an understanding of our industry and offer them exciting insights into the world of suspension components.

We are already looking forward to the next visit!
