A classic! The Volkswagen Golf VII is the perfect all-rounder for everyday use and is becoming increasingly popular, especially among the younger generation. It should be self-explanatory that a coil over suspension from H&R special springs should not be missing here – but why should we only offer you one when you can choose from three suspensions?

KONI and H&R have chosen a monotube shock with a proven upside-down configuration for the “TrackDay Kit”. With raised spring rates, independent rebound and compression adjustment and H&R front axle support bearings for camber adjustment, it is ready for the next trackday without making the car uncomfortable on the normal road.

Eight adjustment positions each are available for rebound and compression damping, identifiable by noticeable stops or clicks to ensure that each valve can be either opened or closed. Each of these positions results in a noticeable and repeatable change in the damping curve. This is in contrast to adjustment systems with needle valve mechanisms, which, with up to 40 clicks in each direction, only cause confusion and make precise adjustment impossible without a testing machine.
